Refund Policy

“Luxcia Beaut “ is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased hard goods from  Luxcia Beaut and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund 3 days since item’s arrival.


Refunds of Hard Goods:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting luxciabeaut@gmail.com
  2. Request of refund must be made within 3 days since item’s arrival.
  3. Hard goods must be returned to Luxcia Beaut immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting luxciabeaut@gmail.com as directed in step 1.
  4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Luxcia Beaut sole, reasonable discretion.
  5. If the item received is damaged cause by our team’s negligence or the item was switched due to mistakes, kindly contact our team by email as soon as possible. We would not accept any return or refund if receiver failed to contact us within 3 days since item’s arrival. Any mistakes caused by customer’s negligence sadly would not be entertained.
